Your order may still be being prepared. Tracking information is generated after the product is handed over to the cargo company.
No Update
Tracking has not changed for a long time.
Updates in shipping companies' tracking systems may sometimes appear with a delay.
If no movement is visible for a long time, contact us with your order number.
Delivered
System says delivered but no package.
First, check with the building attendant, reception, neighbor, or other people who might have received the order.
If the package is still missing, contact us as soon as possible.
Wrong Address
I entered the wrong delivery address.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to help with an address change.
For orders already shipped, changes may depend on the shipping company's operation.
Damaged Package
Package arrived damaged.
If the product or packaging is damaged, take photos of the package and product if possible and send them to us along with your order number.
When writing to us about your order, stating your order number
will greatly expedite the process.
